Fuel Surcharge
Pipestone Fly-In Outposts reserves the right to implement a fuel surcharge should aviation fuel prices fluctuate due to global supply, demand, or international conflict.
Deposit
Our deposit is $700.00 per person.
– Deposits must be received within 10 days of reservation.
– Reservations are not confirmed until receipt of deposit.
– Personal checks are accepted for deposits only.
– All deposits are non-refundable, but transferable to available dates in same calendar year.
– All deposits are not transferable to the next year.
Final Payment
Due on or before the first day of your trip for number of people trip is reserved for:
– Cash or certified checks are the only forms of payment accepted.
